“Israeli Tahrir,” but Israelis claim more 'professional' protests

"Leave", say Israeli citizens in Hebrew and Arab- in recognition of the Arab revolutionary precedent that they follow. Dubbed “Israeli Tahrir,” by some. Picture posted on YFrog from Twitter.
Rally rage: Israelis back on streets demanding change
”I do not think we can get to the scenes which we saw in Egypt, and in Libya and in Tunisia. It will not be violent, there will not be dead [bodies] in the street,” he said. “People here are yelling, are shouting, are sleeping in the streets, but you will not see the police shooting or beating the protesters.”
"According to Daniel Ben-Simon, the Israeli rallies are protests by professionals fighting for a better life."
Still some of them acknowledge the pivotal role the Palestine Question should play:
Conceding: "they do not believe in social change without addressing the issue of the rights of Palestinians in Israel."
"We are trying to discuss the national and political situation of Palestinians inside and outside of Israel as part of this protest,”

Does Feminism Belong to the Secular Left ?
"An interesting observation by Naomi Wolf:"(no relation of feminist writer Virginia Woolf)
'How does this apply to Lebanon?' asks Beirut Spring:
"Because feminism in the 1960s and 1970s was articulated via the institutions of the left […] there is an assumption that feminism itself must be leftist. In fact, feminism is philosophically just as much in harmony with conservative, and especially libertarian, values – and in some ways even more so."

Hungry Bunny is back?
Nostalgic over a certain food chain in Kuwait from your youth, here is an announcement of the Return of an eatery in time for 'Hungry' fasters.
"According to Bananaq8, Hungry Bunny opened up in Jahra around 2 weeks back and he went there and had dinner plus took lots of pics. Personally I don’t think it’s our 1980s Kuwaiti Hungry Bunny but instead I think it’s the Saudi Arabian one. I remember they had released an ad a few years ago here in Kuwait offering franchise rights and so I’m guessing someone finally got it."

Dubai cracking down on naughty VIPs
Clamping down (pardon the pun) on VIP road users who are not above the traffic laws, Dubai serves penalties to 'prestige' :
"We all know that VIPs get away with a lot when it comes to traffic violations, unpaid tickets and things of the sort. I was actually quite surprised (and proud) to read that in Dubai, they are cracking down on this very thing."
