During Aptec's seminar on April 4 at the Intercon Hotel Muscat
Aptec Distribution & Track Distribution, part of Aptec Holdings, one of the largest technology distributors in Middle East, Turkey & Africa's, has successfully hosted a special seminar for its channel partners in Oman on 4th of April at the Intercon Hotel Muscat. Represented by all the business units of Aptec & Track Distribution, over 60 key resellers were briefed of the strategic value proposition by the Aptec Group at the event Dubbed “Business Solution Roadshow”. Aptec also took the opportunity to inform its partners of the intention to open a regional branch office in Muscat soon. Towards this it has already appointed a Country representative for Oman and has in-country resources to support many of its strategic brands.
"As a distributor, we have a commitment to our partners to help them maximize revenue opportunities and this road show highlighted some unique solutions offered by our vendor partners," said Bahaa Salah, Managing Director for Aptec Distribution FZ LLC. "In the current economic scenario, it is important for the channel to offer the right balance of products, services and solutions that will give their customers a measurable ROI. We feel we have the right tools to help them do this.
Govind Haridas, Business Unit Manager for Security & Storage at Aptec Distribution agreed. According to Haridas, resellers are the backbone of Aptec's business operations in the region. "This road show gave us the opportunity to re-introduce our business units and the various vendors we represent along with the latest offerings from them. We could also present our value proposition to our customers while updating them of the latest initiatives at Aptec."
