The after sales division at Nuqul Automotive has recently celebrated the successful achievements of three of its service advisors who have scored the first, third and fourth places in the most recent Customer Satisfaction Survey conducted by Audi Volkswagen Middle East for all dealers in the region.
Mr. Hussam Al-Masri, Audi Service Advisor, Mr. Hadi Khlaif, Audi Service Advisor and Mr. Qais Samawi, Volkswagen Service Advisor were recognized for their excellent efforts during the past year. Their work was evaluated based on criteria that ensure delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations, guaranteeing the accurate and timely communication flow between the customer and the workshop, and providing initial diagnoses of vehicle faults and accurately invoicing all work completed.
Mr. Bilal AlRibi, General Manager of Nuqul Automotive’s after sales said: “Service advisors scores are a cumulative score of all of the interviews conducted directly with our clients through the regional office. This survey focuses on the key elements of influence of the service advisor and is designed to help praise good performance and identify areas of required development”.

It is worth mentioning that the CSS is an annual survey conducted across the region, targeting Audi and Volkswagen buyers through which clients are called to measure their overall after sales satisfaction by examining their experiences at Audi’s and Volkswagen’s workshops and the services offered in terms of convenience, response, waiting time and maintenance quality.
