22 Jordanian players were qualified to participate in the tournament which gathered 150 players from 18 different clubs worldwide
In its quest to further support the adopted national disabled table tennis team, Audi Centre Jordan represented by Nuqul Automotive has recently participated in the opening ceremony of the International Disabled Tennis Tournament that was organized under the patronage of HRH Prince Raed Bin Zaid at the Jordan Paralympics Committee stadium.
Twenty two Jordanian players were qualified to participate in the tournament which gathered 150 players from eighteen different clubs worldwide. Jordan’s national team members who were recently sponsored by Audi Center Jordan were also qualified as individual players representing their clubs.
At the opening ceremony Mr. Marwan Nuqul, CEO of Nuqul Automotive, said ”We are glad to be part of this national parade. Our partnership with the Jordan Sport Federation for the Handicapped is a true reflection of our keen commitment towards the physically challenged athletes. Audi’s tennis team is renowned for their outstanding achievements on worldwide scales - they are stars and we only help them shine.”
It is worth mentioning that Audi’s team is currently preparing for several international participations including the Fifth Romanian International Table Tennis Open tournament for People with Physical Disabilities in June, followed by the Hong Kong championship in August and the Beijing Championship for the Disabled in December.
