Palestinian jailed after claiming he was Jewish to practice sex with Israeli woman

Media reports said that an Israeli court had sentenced a resident of Arab East Jerusalem for 18 months on charges of "rape using deception" after "he claimed that he was Jewish single," when he met a Jewish girl. The 30 year old Saber Keshwar pleaded guilty in a deal with the prosecution, admitting that he had concealed his true identity when he met a young Israeli woman in September 2008 and made sex with her. During the meeting, he said his name was "Dudu" and claimed that he was a Jewish single, while he was a married Palestinian man.
After having sex with him and disclosing the true identity of Saber, the Israeli woman filed a complaint to the police on charges of rape and indecent assault. The Jerusalem District Court Judge Zvi Segal ruled that although the issue was not a regular "case of rape by force," and sex was consensual, obtaining the consent of the Israeli woman was through "deception and false pretenses."
"The girl thought that the accused is a Jewish single who holds a bachelor degree and seeks to establish a serious relationship. Perhaps if she knew the truth she would not establish relationships with him."

so-called 'Rational Voice' (but far from it), I fail to see how the appening of a Muslim country has any relevance here. Israel is a country based on JEWISH law not Muslim. The Nazi reference here is defintely a valid one. There are obvious parellels. The only reason that this man is being jailed is because he 'violated the honor' of a Jewish Princess. We all know that if the situation had been reversed in Israel that the Palestinian woman would have had NO RIGHTS in court against the Jewish liar.
Why is this writer even mentioning that he is married. This information is irrelevant to the case at hand. They are just saying that to make him look even worse.

I wonder if it was the other way around an israeli man claiming to be palestinian, what would happen to him... probably nothing.
I'm not defending Israel's decision but it's absurd of you to attempt to pull out a Nazi reference here. If a Jewish man had sex with an unmaried muslim woman in some muslim countries, theyd both probably be put to death.
I have a better idea: how about ALL countries in the Middle East stop trying to dictate what happens in the bedrooms of consenting adults? It's petty and the rest of the world knows it.
