East Meets West: Tamer Hosny and Snoop Dogg Collaborate over Song

So, in a random combo of rap meets Egyptian pop, Tamer Hosny and Snoop Dogg are teaming up for a song called- wait for it - 'Si L Sayed'. No, we didn't make this up for own amusement. Hosny has done his bit of the song and now it's all up to Snoop Dogg to put down the rhymes.

This isn't the first time that Snoop Dogg has shown his versatile side, who once dedicated a special rap song to True Blood character Sookie Stackhouse.

Behind the gloss and glamor, the smoke and mirrors, the sunshine and rainbows, there is an obvious veneer of artifice to romantic love. And it's isn't subtle either. Loving someone is no longer a simple process. It needs to be life-altering, grandiose, pristine. This blogger argues that we are conditioned to be so by media that appeals to our hedonistic urges.
