East Meets West: Tamer Hosny and Snoop Dogg Collaborate over Song

'Fo' Shizzle'- Cool cat Snoop Doggy Dogg makes a segue into Middle Eastern pop music through a collaboration with Tamer Hosny.
Tamer Hosny Teams up with Snoop Dogg for "Si L Sayed"
So, in a random combo of rap meets Egyptian pop, Tamer Hosny and Snoop Dogg are teaming up for a song called- wait for it - 'Si L Sayed'. No, we didn't make this up for own amusement. Hosny has done his bit of the song and now it's all up to Snoop Dogg to put down the rhymes.
This isn't the first time that Snoop Dogg has shown his versatile side, who once dedicated a special rap song to True Blood character Sookie Stackhouse.

On Valentine’s Blues, Diddy’s Lies & Effervescent Love
Behind the gloss and glamor, the smoke and mirrors, the sunshine and rainbows, there is an obvious veneer of artifice to romantic love. And it's isn't subtle either. Loving someone is no longer a simple process. It needs to be life-altering, grandiose, pristine. This blogger argues that we are conditioned to be so by media that appeals to our hedonistic urges.
"Disillusion about the night before is buried under a hangover the morning after. Harsh truths are rarely realized – you’re not Diddy, this isn’t LA and intelligent, witty women can switch off into vacuous Tila Tequila types."

The Ambitious Woman: Success Story or Spinster?
It is the age-old conundrum for working women. It seems you're doomed to a lifetime of spinsterhood because you opted to be a person with a career, interests and opinions instead of marrying the first guy that asks (Damn, I should have accepted the plumbers' proposal). Well, fret not. This Lebanese blogger is holding the torch for career women everywhere.
"I don’t buy any of it. Yes, of course there exists a breed of insecure men out there that can’t handle an equal, or imagine women as their viable competition; men like that are only able to lure women with money. But for the rest of the over-achieving successful single ladies out there that have been bombarded with this rubbish- don’t succumb to the pressure, the only reason you should ever consider marriage is for love."
