Will Israel still exist in 2048?

One blogger with Zionist affiliation in the UK feels that the media's message to his community for Jewish New Year is 'goodbye Israel'.
The Independent’s New Year’s message to Britain’s Jews: Goodbye Israel.
Is this blogger feeling paranoid, or do some of the British community cast doubt on the Israeli 'state-right' or birth-right as it were, in the period of potential birth of Palestinian statehood:
"While Britain’s Jews were last week preparing for Rosh Hashanah Mary Dejevsky, of The Independent newspaper, was thinking about her article Will Israel still exist in 2048?, which was published on Friday, the second day of Rosh Hashanah."

Burning the Church Dome: AWR Investigations in Edfu
The specter of ill-feeling between Arab Muslims and Christians is often played on by the media-- but it has re-surfaced - or never gone away-- in Egypt this year.
"On Friday, September 30, 2011 a structure purporting to be a church was attacked and destroyed in the village of Mari-Nab, near Edfu, in the governorate of Aswan. Since then there has been much confusion in the media about what took place. Arab West Report editor-in-chief Cornelis Hulsman traveled to the village with Lamis Yahya, a researcher in Coptic affairs, and conducted interviews with Muslim and Christian residents, along with security. This report represents his notes taken and telephoned back to Cairo. A full report will be forthcoming following further research."

Creating a discourse on fantasy island
"One of the critical things the Bahraini government has done since this year’s uprising set off panic that it was nearly game over is to create a discourse challenging the narrative of an oppressed majority demanding democracy and an end to discrimination."

Branding 2.0 for NGOs
"The truth is Branding for NGOs is not very different from branding any other product/service or even personal branding. During my presentation, I asked the audience if they agreed that fundraising is the main problem of NGOs, to which I got a confirmation of more than 90%. However, that is not true.
