141 Worldwide, the marketing communications network owned by Cordiant Communications Group plc and represented in the Middle East by 141 PanGulf in Dubai, has formed a strategic alliance with CSS Stellar, one of Europe's largest Sports and Entertainment, Events and Management Company.
