The city of Casablanca will host the ninth International Food Fair and Food Technology (ALITEC) from November 10 to November 13. The event, which is organized by the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Maritime Fishing, in partnership with the National Federation of Agro-alimentary (FENAGRI), will include four main sectios. The first one will host innovation exhibitions, the second will be reserved for conferences, open debates and workshops, the third for contests and the fourth for meetings and partnership settings.
<i>EMarrakech</i> reports that during the fair the public will be introduced to the latest developments in food products and food consumption including drinks, preserved vegetable and meat, flours and pesticide materials.
