Al Yousuf Electronics steps up UAE drive to boost after sales service to consumers
One of the United Arab Emirates (UAE)’s leading distributors of home appliances, electronic goods and hi-fi equipment has stepped up its campaign to raise the standard of after-sales service experienced by consumers across the country.
Al Yousuf Electronics, the exclusive UAE distributor for LG Electronics, has introduced surprise Happy Service Days when it waives all labor charges and spare part costs for repairs at the company's main service center in Ghusais, Dubai. The free service offer covers a full range of home appliances, electronic goods and hi-fi equipment.
Al Yousuf Electronics, which has a second service center in Abu Dhabi and a team of authorized service agents, is expanding its mobile repair service vehicle fleet to deliver technicians to more customers' doorsteps. The company also has a policy to provide temporary replacement service for home appliances when on-the-spot repairs are not possible.
Training is another major part of its customer care drive. Technicians are regularly sent to Korea for intensive re-training by LG Electronics, while the company runs its own training programmes from a training complex at its Dubai service center.
Al Yousuf Electronics distributes a wide range of LG Electronics home appliances, including washing machines, air conditioners, vacuum cleaners, microwave ovens, as well as TVs, video cassette recorders, video cassette players and DVD players, and a complete range of hi-fi equipment. — (menareport.com)
