Aramco encourages employees to move to Rabigh refinery
More Saudi Aramco employees have moved to the company’s Rabigh Refinery on the Red Sea, stated a company press release. Rabigh Refinery is a 400,000-barrel-per-day crude topping facility and the largest fuel oil and middle distillate producer in Saudi Arabia. A nearby Saudi Aramco residential community serves the workforce of the refinery and its terminal.
Rabigh Refinery safety and company facilities in the Rabigh area are situated on the Red Sea coast some 160 kilometer north of Jiddah. The company, in cooperation with Employee Relations and Training, is proposing a number of policy changes to encourage even more employees and their families to live in the Rabigh community, thus reducing the number of daily commuters. — (menareport.com)
