Construction of a new J W Marriott apartment block is due to begin in Bahrain following a contract signing at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel and Resort. According to GDN, the project, which is estimated to cost BD17 million, will consist of two towers each with 21 floors.
It will spread on a total area of 65,000 square feet and is owned by the Bahrain-based Gulf Touristic Projects Company. J W Marriott will be responsible for running the apartments.
