Bahrain's real estate sector will greatly benefit from upcoming major projects next year, an industry expert has predicted.
According to the GDN, Coldwell Banker Bahrain general manager Elie Habib said planned projects like the Bahrain Financial Harbour and the World Trade Centre in central Manama will help make next year "very successful." According to him, Bahrain's real estate prices were very competitive and continues to lure investors.
