Burgan Bank's half-year profits up 22.4 percent
Kuwait's technology bank Burgan Bank announced its half-year results, for the period ending June 30, 2002, in which the bottom line rose by 22.4 percent, as compared to the same period the previous year. According to a bank press release, net profits reached an all time record of $36.5 million in 1H 2002.
Burgan Bank Kuwait was recently transformed into Kuwait's Technology Bank. The Bank offers a full range of commercial, international and local retail financial services through its network of branches in Kuwait and it's correspondents around the world.
