The construction of the new Dh1.3 billion Holly Bolly Hotel and Resort in Dubai was recently announced as part of the Bawadi hospitality and tourism boulevard.
The first of its kind project of Hollywood and Bollywood red carpet glamour is the brainchild of Plantation Holdings that has signed a development agreement with Bawadi, a member of Tatweer, to create the themed tourist attraction.
"Bawadi's association with Plantation Holdings is not new. It is already in partnership with Dubailand as developers of the Equestrian and Polo Club," said Arif Mubarak CEO of Bawadi, according to Gulf News.
Mubaraj, along with Arthur Fitz-william, Managing Director of Plantation Holdings, signed the agreement in the presence of senior representatives from Bawadi and Russel Sharpe, the hospitality development director at Plantation Holdings.
