DHL Bahrain commits to further investing in the local workforce
DHL Bahrain express company is celebrating an outstanding Bahrainization level with the pledge to invest even further in the local labor market. As part of its on-going investment strategy, DHL Bahrain reinforced its commitment to investing in the skills of the local workforce by developing and further enhancing their vocational abilities through structured training programs in different fields of expertise.
With a Bahrainization rate of 85 percent covering a wide range of positions within the company's organizational structure, DHL Bahrain has one of the highest nationalization rates among the international companies based in the Kingdom, positioning itself as a prime supporter of the local workforce. In more supervisory and managerial positions, the level of Bahrainization within the Bahrain Hub is currently at an even higher 95 percent.
DHL Bahrain is also committed to investing in the youth of the Kingdom and is targeting the recruitment of Bahrainis under the age of 25 for its ongoing expansion program, with the aim of developing their skills and eventually rewarding them with specialized certificates and potential employment opportunities. — (menareport.com)
