DHL introduces centralized free call service
Customers of DHL can now access information about shipments and services 24 hours a day with a free call from anywhere in Saudi Arabia to the express and logistics company's Call Center in Dhahran.
At the same time, DHL has set up a Customer Care Department at their Dhahran headquarters specifically to handle queries, while as back-up and to continue providing personalized support for local customers DHL continues to operate its customer service departments in Riyadh and Jeddah.
Recent investment in the newest information and communications technologies has transformed the DHL Call Center in Dhahran into one of the most advanced and efficient service operations in the Kingdom.
