DNRD awards IT staff for excellent services during DSF 2003
The Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department (DNRD) recently awarded its officers and staff from the Information Technology (IT) department for their active role in facilitating services to visitors and residents during Dubai Shopping Festival 2003.
Complimenting the IT employees on their efforts to speed up procedures, Colonel Saeed bin Belailah, Director of DNRD, said: "As Dubai Shopping Festival is a global event, visitors expect top-class treatment, especially at the airport, which is their first interaction point with the country. It makes us proud to say that our IT team worked very hard to ease the lives of travelers and thus presented a good image of the UAE to DSF visitors.”
“This team has successfully helped in creating solutions that contributed in better handling of the rush generated during DSF and all of them deserve to be rewarded for their exemplary service." — (menareport.com)
