Dubai-UAE: 04 October, 2010 - Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, today announced it will complete and commence the handover of four new residential, retail and leisure developments in the coming year, expanding its diverse real estate portfolio and reaffirming its continued commitment to meet customer and investor needs.

The four projects include the  highly anticipated REMRAAM residential community in the heart of DUBAILAND®, The Villa phase II, a the popular residential community in DUBAILAND, Bay Avenue at The Executive Towers in Business Bay, a  175,000-square foot retail destination, and the first Beach Club at the iconic Jumeirah Beach Residence.

 

The new projects will compliment an existing DPG real estate portfolio of 16  developments , featuring  7  communities launched  in the past 12 months in prime locations across Dubai  including The Executive Towers at Business Bay; Shorooq and Ghorrob in Mirdif; Layan,  Al Waha and The Villa in DUBAILAND® and Nuzul staff accomodations in Jebel Ali.

Residential units at REMRAAM are set in low-rise Moorish architecture and amidst lush landscaping. The development includes spacious studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences, many with extended balconies, terraces and private gardens.  REMRAAM occupies a prime location in DUBAILAND and is easily accessible by major highways and road networks including Emirates Road, Dubai Bypass Road and Al Khail Road.

 

The Villa Phase II is comprised of 219 Spanish-style villas in a residential retreat inspired by generous open spaces for outdoor living. The community, surrounded by desert landscape, is a tranquil and exclusive enclave in DUBAILAND.

Bay Avenue , located in the heart of Business Bay, is a retail development that will emerege as a key convergence point for the residents of The Executive Towers.  The desintaion will offer two levels of outdoor retail space featuring cafés, restaurants and boutiques. In addition, landscaped plazas, children’s play areas and sporting facilities will make Bay Avenue an ideal place to relax, shop and dine.

 

The new JBR Beach Club will be located on a prime stretch of beach adjacent to The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residents and will include a variety of water sports, spa facilities and food and beverage outlets.  The Beach Club will make Jumeirah Beach Residence an even more attractive and hospitable destination for residents and visitors alike. 

In addition, DPG is currently in the process of handing over Vision Towers, a 51-story freehold office tower in Business Bay and expects to complete Bay Square, a unique business, retail and residential project also located in Business Bay, in 2011.
