Egyptian bank secures approval to be listed on UAE market
An Egyptian bank has secured formal approval to list in the UAE stock market, becoming the first foreign bank to do so.
Commercial International Bank (Egypt) SAE will be listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), following approval by the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (Esca), it was announced Wednesday.
With this, the total number of foreign companies listed in the UAE rises to three. Applications of others for listing in the UAE are being evaluated. (menareport.com)
