Emaar unveils Marina Promenade at Dubai Marina
Exclusively launched for Abu Dhabi residents, Emaar Properties Monday unveiled its newest project at Dubai Marina - Marina Promenade. With its location directly opposite the upcoming prestigious Dubai Marina Motor Yacht Club, the development of six high end residential towers offers breathtaking views over the marina.
The Paloma, the first tower to be launched, offers a choice of one, two and three bedroom suites, ranging from 891 sq. ft to 2,098 sq. ft with a typical floor layout containing five suites. Prices for the apartments start from AED 780,000. Registration for The Paloma will take place at the Abu Dhabi Emirates Palace Hotel today (March 7) and is on a first come, first served basis.
