Inexistant Customer Service
What kind of achievement? making big sales? city coverage is incomplete, it works on Windows XP or Vista only. I suppose it’s because they didn’t want to invest on a compatible software for Mac. It exist in Europe. Salesmen would say anything to sell you the merchandise but they don’t have any technical knowledge. Be aware, in case you don’t have a reception, or they sold you the stuff assuring you it’s MAC OSX compatible, there is no refund policy, once you buy-it you’re stuck with it, even if they pretend the opposite. They will ware you out before giving you back your money. Customer satisfaction is out of their world as for all services in Saudi Arabia.
Go WiMAx
I suspect this will be of the same quality of service as Go in Riyadh. In other words, it wont work.
