The Arabic Al-Khaleej newspaper quoted experts and real estate agents who estimated that the value of real estate projects being carried out in the Gulf States comes to Dh 730 billion ($200 billion). Out of this figure, projects worth Dh 300 billion are implemented in the UAE.
