Jordan Telecom eyes up regional market for customer-base expansion
Jordan Telecom has announced the value-added services portfolio that it will be taking to GITEX 2003, , demonstrating the business solutions it has to offer the region.
Through its Contact Center, Data Center and Hub services, Jordan Telecom is enabling users to improve the customer and technical services though outsourced solutions, without diverting significant investment from their core business.
Jordan Telecom has evolved from providing connectivity into a company that builds turn-key solutions to enable customers to focus on their core business growth. Jordan Telecom, established in 1971, is the provider of Jordan's only fixed line network, an ISP, a GSM operator and Internet content delivery services.
