Kuwait Business City Company will participate in the 9th Real Estate Exhibition organized by the Kuwaiti National Exhibitions Company under the patronage of the Kuwaiti prime minister, Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, in Sheraton Hotel Kuwait on September 26-29, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Watan on September 25.
The vice chairman of the company, Ahmad al-Yaaqub, said that the company will present in the exhibition its unique project, Kuwait Business City, with $90 million total costs. The project will be set up on 23,000 square meters area and will include office towers, hotel, several floors of parking lots, and a large yard with commercial market and restaurants area.
The project, which was planned according to the smart building technology, aims at developing Al-Sharq area, according to al-Yaaqubi.
It should be mentioned that Kuwait Business City was established this year with a 52 million Kuwaiti Dinars ($178 million) capital. The company has awarded Al-Mazaya Holding Company the development works of the project for a three years period.
