Kuwaiti firm plans major tourist resort in Abu Dhabi
The Kuwait-based Investment Dar Company is currently holding negotiations with the government of Abu Dhabi for the establishment of the largest tourist resort in the Gulf region, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Qabas on November 7.
A delegation from Investment Dar Company intends to come to Abu Dhabi to study some of the conditions and details concerning the project. The project, which will be constructed according to the BOT system, will include a huge commercial mall, yacht marine, huts, hotels, playing halls, entertainment facilities, health clubs, services, and conference and event halls.
The Investment Dar Company considers the tourist and real estate market in the UAE as one of the most important markets in terms of growth and expected revenues.
