Axiom Telecom Service Center

BIG bad news. Saudis complaining about deteriorating “substandard” Axiom service. No action taken even after i-mate Technical Support was repeatedly informed:
1 Lack of professional workmanship & qualified people in Service Center
2 Complains, disputes, quarrels, and even fights in Khobar’s Axiom repair shop.
3 Overwhelming complainers about repair shop itself
4 No one answers shop single-line phone
5 Carefree & unskilled service desk attendants w/attitudes toward public
6 Despite the Warranty on replacement of serviced devices, continuously claim out of replacements
7 Inconsiderate repair-shop Manager.. refuses to welcome customers in his (hidden) office
