'Lilies Tower' unveiled in Ajman
The Dh250 million ‘Lilies Tower’ residential development project located within Ajman’s Emirates City was unveiled on Saturday by developer R Holdings. Unlike many other residential developments, the unique project will offer a variety of accommodation styles to suit various income levels of buyers.
R Holdings, also the developer and operator of the Dh15 billion Emirates City, embarked on the Lilies Tower project in an effort to provide quality housing to a larger portion of the emirate’s residents, irrelative of their financial backgrounds.
Methods of payment, therefore, have been designed to suit the various financial backgrounds of many AUE residents, according to Gulf News. Monthly payments will be range from Dh2,300 to Dh2,600 for the first three years depending on income, while taking into consideration other financial obligations of renters.
When apartments at the
Lilies Tower are ready for residency, monthly payments will range from Dh4,000 to Dh6,000 per month for another three years, says R Holdings.
Lilies Tower will be located on the main street of the Emirates City and consist of 40 residential floors as well as six floors allotted for resident parking. Residents will have a variety of picturesque views of the city's lakes and gardens from their apartments.
