Marhaba Services signs deal with Yemen Intercontinental Travel
Marhaba Services, Dnata’s Premium 24-hour meet-and-greet operators at Dubai International Airport, has signed an agreement with Yemen Intercontinental Travel (YIT) to sell and promote Marhaba Services in the Republic of Yemen.
An established travel services agency, YIT will now be able to offer its corporate and walk-in customers the full range of services provided by Marhaba including: meet-and-greet on arrival at Dubai airport, visa delivery, assistance with immigration and customs clearance, chauffeur service, and special handling for elderly or young unaccompanied travellers.
Ismail Ali Albanna, Dnata’s Executive Vice President said: “We are pleased to welcome YIT onboard. This agreement will allow travellers from Yemen to easily access Marhaba’s services and arrange for our professional staff to ease their arrival, transit or departure in Dubai, before they embark on their journey.”
Ahmed Al Aghbari, General Manager for YIT said: “Travelling can be stressful, particularly for first time travellers or those unfamiliar with the local language and airport procedures. Marhaba reduces this stress by assisting travellers through the airport formalities, and we are very happy to extend this value-added service to our customers in Yemen.
“We anticipate there will be a healthy demand for Marhaba services from both our corporate as well as walk-in customers,” he added.
