National Bank of Dubai launches new mobile banking service
The National Bank of Dubai (NBD) introduced its NBD Mobile service that sends updated bank and credit card account information to customers on their mobile phones. The free facility uses the short message service (SMS).
The SMS messages for savings and current accounts include account number, available balance and date and time of the update. Savings account messages are sent on the last day of the month. Customers can choose how often they want to be updated on their current accounts. Those holding fixed deposits can be advised by NBD mobile of the upcoming maturity two days in advance, the value of the deposit and the account number. — (menareport.com)
