NBK’s online banking service—Watani Online—was the first online banking service in Kuwait and continues to be the leading online banking site in Kuwait. With over 60,000 customers and two million transactions, NBK continues to lead in this space, according to a company press release.
Other services offered by NBK are the SMS service where it sends targeted marketing and financial alerts to customers, and the WAP Banking, which taps into Watani Online allowing customers to manage their finances from their mobile phones. NBK’s online service currently has a base of over 20,000 customers who receive targeted banking and non-banking information.
NBK’s presence at Gitex will be in partnership with Microsoft in Hall 6, stand A6-1 and its special press conference will be on day three at 10 am in the press conference room. — (menareport.com)
