The Land Investment and property development firm recently announced that it had completed the piling and foundation phase of the first three towers of its ‘Pearl-Qatar’ project.
The three towers are part of the seven-tour residential project, located at the Porto-Arabia District. The Land, a leading real estate firm in the region, also announced that it had begun working on the first storeys of the towers, according to Gulf Times.
The delivery date of the first three towers is March 2008, whereas the other three towers will be delivered later that year.
The company revealed that it had also sold some 60% of the project’s first two towers, and that it had achieved a “brilliant success” in terms of sales.
“We’ve had an overwhelming response from customers on our two towers. We are very optimistic about our third tower”, said Salam Said, Managing Director of the Land.
