Abu Dhabi based ADS Securities (ADSS), the largest independent forex and commodities trading platform in the Middle East, announced today that it has hired three senior sales managers who between them have over 50 years of FX experience in the region.
ADS Securities has seen a dramatic increase in the number of investors who are looking to trade FX at a time when traditional equity and real estate investments are not able to deliver the value they are looking for. To meet this demand ADSS has hired three of the leading FX specialists within the GCC marketplace.

The three new hires are as follows:
Karim Alkassem is a Saudi National with over 20 years experience in FX Sales and dealings. Karim joins ADSS from Deutsche Middle East where he was Head of GCC Institutional Sales for four years, managing regional sovereign wealth funds; banks and corporates; as well as pension funds and family offices. Prior to this role, Karim was Head of Middle East FX Sales where he cross-sold FX, rates and asset management products. Karim is a Board Member of the GCC Financial Market Association.
Jassim Dashti joins ADSS from BNP Paribas, where he was the Head of Treasury, Corporate Sales, Fixed Income, Derivatives and FX in Kuwait. After a four year career as the Deputy Head of Treasury in Saudi Arabia, Jassim was promoted in 2011 to build the BNP Paribas Kuwait platform, looking after mid-cap and large corporates. He has extensive knowledge of the financial services sector, investment analysis, and information delivery systems. Jassim holds a Double Majored Bachelors in Banking & Finance and Risk Management from Griffith University in Australia.
Shehab Mohammed joins ADS Securities from BNP Paribas KSA where he was the Head of Treasury - Asset and Liability Management & Fixed Income Sales. Shehab has been with BNP Paribas from 2004 and in 2005 established BNP Paribas KSA Treasury Desk. With a portfolio of more than 100 corporate & individual clients, Shehab specializes in the Saudi market, handling clients from Central, Eastern and Western Provinces of KSA. Shehab is registered with the Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency.
