Al Asalah Electromechanics, LG Electronics’ CAC distributer in Jordan, has recently signed a strategic agreement with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, whereby it will be supplying the Training Center Building at the Jordan Research and Training Reactor project with central ACs.
Al Asalah will be providing the new project – which is owned by the Jordan Atomic Energy Commission and located in Irbid, comprising offices and meeting halls – with a complete bundle of Multi V III air conditioning, which meets the requirements and design requisites of the development. The Multi V III is considered the third generation of the Multi V series, and it represents one of LG’s most advanced commercial solutions in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC).
Mr. Tae Hun Ryu, President of LG Electronics – Levant, commented saying, “I am glad that the first strategic partnership between LG and Daewoo Engineering & Construction has coincided with my arrival to the new post at LG Electronics – Levant; I am confident in the results of this constructive collaboration, and I wish to thank our distinctive partners, Al Asalah, for their great efforts and constant strive to conclude this strategic project.”
On the other hand, Mr. Issam Samara, GM of Al Asalah, said, “We are proud of signing this agreement with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, and we are positive that LG’s air conditioners will completely meet the requirements of the project, especially that the Multi V III boasts such high quality and efficiency.”
In addition, Mr. Jang Kyu Choi, the President of Daewoo Engineering and Construction, said, “We are excited to team up with LG, as this project represents the fruit of Korean technologies in the Jordanian market, which is considered a dynamic center that supports such promising projects and opens paths where energy solutions in Jordan may grow in the future.”
It is worth noting that the Multi V III is the third generation of the most innovative and popular LG Electronics ACs worldwide, with the unique capacity to condition high-rise buildings of up to 100 meters – keeping in mind that a number of such buildings are being developed in Jordan. This system is also unique with its security and high flexibility in electronic control through the Internet, where 64 internal units could be operated by one external unit, with additional horsepower reaching 80.
