Marking the start of its 2012 retail expansion plans, Alesayi Electronics inaugurated its new Panasonic showroom in the Wurwood district of Riyadh with a ribbon cutting ceremony that was followed by a stream of customers pouring in to take advantage of the special offers and gifts that were distributed to celebrate the opening day.
Following the opening ceremony, Majd Majbour, The Executive Director of Alesayi said: “Today symbolizes the rapid growth, positive momentum and corporate success that Panasonic Alesayi Electronics is enjoying thanks to the loyalty of our customers and the superior quality and excellence of Panasonic’s wide range of innovative products.”
He went on to say: “The Riyadh Wurwood new showroom is the 15th Panasonic retail outlet, which highlights Alesayi Electronics’ expansion plan in 2012 and answers the rapid growth of the consumer electronics industry in Saudi Arabia.”
Alesayi Electronics Co. Ltd. is the sole agent for Panasonic in the Kingdom and the company has one of the largest sales and service infrastructures in the Kingdom, Including seven showrooms in Jeddah, two in Riyadh, two in Makkah and others in Madinah, Dammam, Al-Khobar and Khamis Mushait, with three additional showrooms to come later this year.
Alesayi Electronics supports the Panasonic brand with the highest level of service before and after sales, and strategically selected showrooms are designated as Panasonic Customer Care Centers which provide a superior level of after sales service and are staffed by fully qualified and certified technicians of the highest caliber who use only genuine Panasonic spare parts.
The new eco friendly Panasonic Customer Care Centers provide comprehensive repair services for all Panasonic products. In addition, Alesayi offers a Home Repair Service for items that require maintenance, servicing or repair on site at the customer’s premises. Alesayi Electronics service network consists of nine service centers of its own supplemented by nine authorized service centers. All service centers are ISO 9001:2008 certified and set new benchmarks for after-sales service.
