Luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover recently recognised its Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan dealers for the successes achieved in the fiscal year 2011-2012 during a gala awards ceremony held in Beirut, Lebanon. Alfardan Premier Motors Co. achieved second position in the prestigious JLR Dealer Of The Year award.
The private gala dinner and award ceremony was held at the exclusive and historic Sursuk Palace followed by an after-party at the popular Mandaloon night spot.

Dealers are reviewed annually on all aspects of business performance with award categories comprising Top After Sales, Top Sales, Customer Satisfaction (CSI), Marketing and Dealer of the Year.
The Top After Sales Dealer Award recognises the Jaguar and Land Rover dealers that achieve the highest performance across the most important elements of the after sales business. The primary areas of consideration include positive customer experience, cost of ownership, staff competency, efficiency of delivery, customer retention, proactive marketing and customer communication.
The Top Sales Dealer Award is presented to the dealer that delivers the best year on year growth, demonstrates accurate forecasting and delivers its business plan commitments.
The Sales and Service CSI Awards recognise dealers that deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction in the Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle sales and service categories across the MENAP region. The results are calculated through a regional customer satisfaction programme which assesses customer feedback telephonically via a standardised questionnaire.
The Most Improved Marketing and Best Marketing of the Year Awards recognise dealers that understand the importance and power of marketing communications. Areas of consideration include Jaguar Land Rover CI compliance, brand building initiatives such as sponsorship and events, investment and approach to integrated marketing including traditional advertising, experiential activities, PR, Social Media and digital.
The most prestigious award recognizes the best overall Dealer of the Year which is awarded to the dealer that delivers outstanding performance across all areas of the business.
