BenQ, an internationally renowned provider of digital lifestyle innovations, has expanded its range of professional bridge type digital cameras with the launch of the BenQ GH800, the highest megapixel 36x zoom bridge camera.
Specifically designed for photography enthusiasts, this advanced optical model is featured packed with 18 megapixel CMOS sensor and a handful of user-friendly functions to take shots like a pro. The GH800 combines a powerful 36x optical zoom with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) technology to deliver the crispest details and the most realistic colours when shooting at longer zoom lengths as well as a leather-textured ergonomic handgrip to steady hands while taking photos.
“The GH800 is an improvement from its predecessor, the GH600 and GH700 with a high-sensitivity 18 M CMOS sensor that offers greater data transmission capacity and image superimposing technology. It allows every shot with incredible clarity even in low-lighting conditions,” Manish Bakshi, Managing Director of BenQ Middle East said. “This camera also has a Handheld Night Shot Mode for crisp night photos; high-speed Continuous Shooting Mode that capture every move; and HDR image enhancement to solve high-contrast lighting challenges.”
Users can shoot images using the Electronic Viewfinder (EVF) or by composing them on the spacious three-inch Tilt-View Panel that has a full range of motion from 1° to 135°. The GH800 is packed with 19 scene modes, P/Av/Tv/M modes and nine aperture choices with a turn of the all-in-one mode dial. It also shoots high-quality 1080p Full HD videos at 30 frames per second with a full zoom, wind-cutting function and stereo sound support.
