During the annual employee event
Celebrating another year of achievements, Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA), the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom, recently held its annual end of year employee event. The event, held at the Le Meridien Hotel in Amman, was organized by the Company’s Social Committee and was attended by CTA’s General Manager Mr. George Haddad alongside other managerial figures.
Its agenda was kick started with an introductory speech by Mr. Haddad, followed by a presentation highlighting the latest service job system introduced by CTA’s Al Bayader Maintenance Center.
The celebrations also included a full host of entertaining activities, including fun team building challenges with prizes for winners, an award ceremony, and an entertaining comedy show by Nabil Sawalha and his daughter Lara Sawalha.
In recognition of the great efforts the team made during the year, the company awarded 14 employees from the Human Resources, Marketing, Financial, Sales, Tenders, Information Management, and Customer Relations units alongside team members from CTA’s Al Bayader and Marka Maintenance centers.
On this occasion, Mr. Haddad stated that, “Such events have become an integral part of our annual calendar, as we view our human resources as our strongest asset. Without our team’s hard work, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve our goals. This is why we incorporate incentive programs and honorary ceremonies within our corporate culture.”
CTA was founded in 1999 as the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom. The company since then has adopted the Hino brand in 2006 and the Lexus brand in 2007. Toyota Motor Corporation also makes its mark as a producer of hybrid vehicles, i.e. vehicles known for their use of alternative energy resources.
