The winner of Toyota Corolla Competition
Following a month of competitive and fun atmosphere and in celebration of the all new Toyota Corolla launch in the Kingdom, Central Trade and Auto Company (CTA), the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom, recently concluded the Toyota Corolla Competition in Taj Mall, granting the winner - Ala’ Abd Al-Haq- an iPad Air device.
Aiming to grant youth enthusiasts a fun experience, the competition featured a photo booth in which participants had to photograph themselves after they had answered a few personality questions. In order to be part of this challenge, participants needed to first like Toyota Jordan’s Facebook fan page (facebook.com/ToyotaJordan) and share their photo on their profiles. Then, the participant with the highest number of shares was announced winner being Ala’ Abd Al-Haq with 33,000 shares.
The 11th generation 2014 Toyota Corolla model comes with fuel-saving and stronger performance features. Furthermore, it is the highest sold Toyota model in the compact family vehicles category globally. The new vehicle has a 3.9 inch wheelbase extension for a smoother ride motion and expanded rear-seat legroom. Additionally, the new model is powered by a 1.6 liter twin-cam VVTi four-cylinder, producing a 125 horsepower.
CTA was established in the year 1999 to be the exclusive dealer for Toyota in the Kingdom. In the year 2007, the company was also recognized as the exclusive dealer for Lexus as well as Hino Motors. TMC also makes its mark as a producer of hybrid vehicles, i.e. vehicles known for their use of alternative energy resources.
