Dubai Properties Group (DPG), a member of Dubai Holding, and the master developer of Business Bay, DUBAILAND and JBR has launched a variety of new and innovative customer focused online tools with easy-to-use and interactive features allowing intuitive search and findability of information on DPG’s extensive property portfolio.

These new online tools we are launching support DPG’s commitment to satisfy our customers and continuously improve their service experience“.
The new website, dpg.ae, features comprehensive video footage, picture galleries and a live DPG news feed. The latest technology gives online visitors a user interface which enables them to navigate through the site and identify key updates on DPG’s destinations, districts and communities.
The UAE is among the top six countries in the world with the highest rates of smartphone and tablet adoption*. Keeping up with the trend and aiming to give customers the best possible services, DPG has also launched a mobile optimized version of the website for effective browsing on smartphones and tablets. The mobile application serves the customer need for information and includes all key information on DPG’s expanding portfolio.
DPG’s Chief Marketing Officer Jayne O’Brien commented: “DPG invests in an ongoing stream of market research and analysis of trends allowing us to better understand our customer needs. The internet is an essential and indispensable tool in the real estate search process and we wanted to develop a set of tools in line with customer preferences. The new website interface for example is more interactive and engaging, making it easier for customers to navigate and find the detail they are looking for on our extensive portfolio of communities, districts and destinations.”
She continued “The mobile version is an essential application as the use of tablets is rapidly increasing in the UAE.
