Dubai Properties Group, a member of Dubai Holding, and the master developer of Business Bay, Dubailand and JBR has announced the latest progress at its Mudon townhouse development. Significant progress has been made on the 348 townhouses with properties at 55% completion and all main roads now complete.
DPG’s appointed contractor, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is currently overseeing completion of the 348 Townhouses in the first phase of Mudon. DPG is working with the relevant government agencies to complete the water, drainage and sewer networks with intended completion in the near future.
With handovers scheduled to start by June of next year, DPG has already signed a deal with Mashreq to provide Mudon buyers with competitive mortgage rates in addition to providing a dedicated Mashreq team at the central sales center in Business Bay.
DPG has also appointed a consultant for the design of the 50,000 sq. ft. Mudon Community Centre which will comprise numerous community facilities including a pool, gym, tennis court, mosque and a clinic along with various retail outlets.
Speaking about the progress made on the development, DPG Group CEO Khalid Al Malik commented: “I’m pleased to announce the progress at DPG’s development Mudon as the infrastructure and utilities network are both on track as promised. Our ambition is to encourage strong, thriving communities at our developments and the Mudon Community Centre, once completed, will be a focal point of this area, offering residents great facilities and a place to socialize and spend their leisure time.”
Mudon is located just 15 minutes from the centre of Dubai, close to Motor City and Arabian Ranches on Al Qudra Road and offers 3,800 sq. ft., four bedroom quality and spacious homes for families, couples and first time buyers with starting prices from AED 2.54 million.
