As part of efforts to fortify its technical capabilities, du, a major player in the UAE’s telecommunications space, has announced that it has recently extended its major Managed Collocation services contract with Injazat Data Systems for another three years.
Under the terms of the renewed agreement, Injazat’s Abu Dhabi -based Tier IV Data Center – the first commercially-available fault-tolerant Tier IV designed facility of its kind in the region– will continue to support Managed Collocation services for du’s mission critical systems. The center will incorporate standards from The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), a set of IT Service Management practices that aligns IT services with business requirements, to provide reliable, secure, and high-value 24/7 managed IT services.
