The large participation of leading government agencies in such initiatives reflects the joint efforts to promote a culture of electronic services and increase public awareness about these offerings. We hope it will increase the use of eServices and boost confidence in electronic payment, which has become the first choice for a large segment of the public.”
The “Best e-Customer” is an innovative initiative launched by Dubai eGovernment to promote the use of -Services by the public, especially services that require payments via the ePaygateway. This initiative was designed to achieve the common goals of promoting wider adoption of electronic services and improving the efficiency of government departments to speed up the process of digital transformation to create an integrated knowledge-based society in Dubai.
As in the past, this year too the raffle draws will be broadcast on TV and winners who are selected electronically will be announced on Dubai eGovernment’s daily TV program on Sama Dubai TV, “The Forum”, which will be broadcast during GITEX Technology Week.
