Dubai Properties Group’s (DPG) a member of Dubai Holding has witnessed strong business performance across its real estate portfolios since the beginning of 2011.
Occupancy of the built-to-lease properties at Ghoroob and Shorooq in Mirdif has exceeded 80 per cent. Elsewhere, Layan and Al Khail Gate have both touched the 90 per cent occupancy mark and the Nuzul staff accommodation is now 93 per cent leased.
In addition, DPG’s retail offering at Bay Avenue in Business Bay is open for business, with Spinneys and other outlets welcoming customers. Additionally, over the past nine months DPG has made significant investments in infrastructure and facilities within its communities.
Concurrently, the hand-over of homes to buyers in DPG’s REMRAAM® community is accelerating alongside the delivery of properties at The Villa Phase 2.
