Organised by the ENOC Learning & Development Department in partnership with Zayed University, the annual leadership programmes are tailored to develop the expertise and leadership skills of the company's employees.
Saeed Abdullah Khoory said: "The Ajyaal and Mawaheb programmes are in line with our commitment to fostering the abilities of our UAE national employees, and is a perfect fit to our Emiratisation commitment, as well as our corporate social responsibility towards our staff. We strive to provide a strong growth environment for our employees, and help them to evolve personally and professionally."
The Mawaheb programme targets talented managers and focuses on enhancing their leadership capabilities through mentoring, specialised workshops, lectures, and face to face interactions with CEOs and different division heads. Ajyaal follows a similar training programme targeting junior level professionals in the organisation. ENOC also offers fresh graduates a one year programme called Tadreeb, which is designed to develop the participant's knowledge skills & competencies in the early stages of his or her career. Another key component of ENOC's Emiratisation-focused CSR activities is the National Development Programme, Tatweer, which has opened a dedicated technical training centre to nurture Emirati nationals for skilled jobs.
