ENOC Retail, the specialised business unit of Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC), has a new promotion that offers customers over 700,000 prizes when they shop at ZOOM outlets in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
The ZOOM ‘scratch and win’ campaign, designed to make every customer smile, is one of the key promotion initiatives across the 148 ZOOM stores in the UAE and effectively bridges the leading retail network’s focus on providing unique value propositions for customers in the period between the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises.
Customers only have to spend AED 25, until May 31, 2013, at ZOOM stores to get a scratch and win card for prizes including Apple iPads and iPods, gold memberships to Fitness 360, Etisalat SIM cards, fresh food and coffee deals from Pronto and automotive services at AutoPro, as well as a wide range of convenience store products. The promotion does not apply to the purchase of phone cards, parking cards, Salik cards and recharge cards.

Delivering convenience to commuters and residents, ZOOM stores offer a range of food, beverages, grocery items, publications, and promote ‘Happy Shopping on the Move.’ The winner of the ‘Store Concept of the Year’ in the Middle East and North Africa region at the InRetail Summit last year, ZOOM stores operate at all Dubai fuel stations of ENOC and EPPCO, in addition to 40 stores on the Dubai Metro.
An expanded version of the store, ZOOM Market, serving as a popular destination for all household needs, operates on Sheikh Zayed Road, The ZOOM Market concept was judged the Most Admired Retailer of the Year – Food & Grocery in the 2012 Retail Middle East Awards.
ZOOM was also shortlisted as a finalist for the “Insight NACS International Convenience Retailer of the Year Award,” a competition which recognises excellence in forecourt retailing by selecting the best convenience store formats from around the world. The international competition is run by the National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS), a Washington DC-based international association for convenience and petroleum retailing, and Insight, a UK-based international retail research and strategy firm specialising in the convenience and petroleum industry.
