Epson has announced that it has launched its Express Service Centre at various Sharaf DG outlets in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, in line with its plans to achieve greater customer satisfaction. The Express Service Centre provides a full-range of customer-support services, including ink replacement, trouble-shooting, diagnosis and repair.
Epson Express Service Centres are located at Sharaf DG outlets in Deira City Center, Dubai Mall, Times Square Center and Ibn Battuta Mall in Dubai, and in Abu Dhabi Mall in the capital. Epson has assembled a dedicated team of highly trained engineers who have been deployed at the Express Service Centres to provide free professional advice to customers and conduct on-the-spot repair or replacement services.

To avail of the services at the Epson Express Service Centre, customers need only to bring the printing device with the ink cartridges installed, the proof of purchase and the warranty details.
