Eton Institute-Plus, an extension program by Eton Institute, has introduced a 'Stress Management' workshop to help you deal with and ease those highly stressful days. Stress is a major part of our daily lives and to overcome and deal with it is a challenge we face every day. It doesn't matter if you're a working professional or a full time mother, stress is an evil that can takeover anyone's life. Learn how to control stress levels and to keep the work/life balance with this 2 day workshop.
Stress Management Coaching has proven benefits for the participants. The goal for this workshop is to increase participants' well-being and ability to deal with stress in their workplace and in their personal lives, directing them to an inner balance and better performance in the work environment.

Stress management is the first of many new and exciting courses which will be offered by Eton Institute under its 'Plus' extension programme. For the more creative, artistic types, Eton is planning to introduce Photography and Arts & Crafts classes, while children will be able to attend Edu-tainment courses focusing on having fun while taking part in educational activities. Finally, for those wanting to pursue more cultural activities, Holistic Development and Cultural Awareness courses will also be available very soon.
The 'Stress Management' workshop will be conducted on 9th and 16th of March from 10AM to 1PM on a Fridays.
