Hilton Worldwide announces two new appointments for Egypt residences

Ahmed El Salawi, Regional Director of Brand Performance for Egypt & Levant

Hilton Worldwide announced that Ahmed El Salawi, former GM of Hilton Zamalek Residences in Cairo, has been appointed Regional Director of Brand Performance for Egypt & Levant. This is a newly created position to underline the importance of brand and quality standards at Hilton Worldwide hotels in the region. 

Replacing El Salawi as GM at Hilton Zamalek Residences is Medhat Samir, formerly Business Development Director at Ramses Hilton. Commenting on the new appointments, Christian Grage, VP of operations, Hilton Worldwide, Egypt & Levant said “Both El Salawi and Samir are well respected professionals within the industry and they bring a high level of expertise to the table. We look forward to capitalizing on their experience as they take on the responsibilities of their new roles.”
