Juma Al Majid Establishment (JAME), the sole distributor of Hyundai Motors in the UAE, celebrated yet another year of success alongside its partners at its annual Strategic Partners Conference 2014 hosted at the Grand Hyatt in Dubai.
The event was attended by senior members of JAME management, along with Hyundai Middle East Regional Headquarters, representatives of government organizations, VIP guests and fleet customers.
“We had a tremendous double digit growth for the third consecutive year. This growth is attributed to our partners, for giving us the opportunity to become their true strategic partners.” said Mr. Khaled Issa – Chief Operating Officer, Juma Al Majid Group.
He added “This event allows us to highlight the extensive efforts expended to promote Hyundai as a brand of excellence and also serves as a platform to strengthen JAME’s ties with existing fleet customers”
Last year was a particularly fruitful one for Hyundai’s operations in the UAE, with 2013 marking 30th years of cooperation between JAME and Hyundai. In the three decades since they forged their relationship, the organisations have worked together to reposition the Hyundai brand and to expand its presence across the region. The mutual venture has seen Hyundai achieving year-on-year growth, with 10 Hyundai showrooms and after-sales facilities now open across the UAE.
This has made the brand one of the top-sellers in the region. Issa continued “The Strategic Partners Conference is the perfect platform for everyone involved to discuss new opportunities to promote the brand as we move forward together over the coming year”.
Issa concluded the JAME Strategic Partners Conference 2014 by discussing JAME’s intention to strengthen Hyundai’s position as a top business player in the fleet and rental sector, outlining plans to introduce a quality-based price structure with yearly incentive targets. He offered the key partners special rate, fleet offers on certain Hyundai models as a gesture of appreciation for their efforts in securing the brand’s leading position in the UAE.
